Blodgett Peak
Quick hike with friend and family down at the north end of Colorado Springs (Blodgett Peak). Didn't finish the hike, just maybe the first half or third (the trail gets pretty bad as you go up, steep with loose gravel -- just the sort of thing to take out a certain somebody's knees -- so I decided that it was better not to push it too much). So maybe 1,000-1,500 feet out of a possible 3,000, at maybe 7,000 or 8,000 feet of altitude, all very approximate.

Not much to say about the hike itself, but I did take pictures (shocking, I know -- click through for all of them):

pretty pictures! And i understand not wanting to hike in a place that can be bad for your knee's especially since you are going to be needing them at the top of there game for japan. Go figure.... (oh and i still think you need to start selling post cards of some of your pictures.....

It's one of those things, like selling art -- for me, it'll never make that much money, and it's more trouble than it's worth. I'm happy making my friends jealous. :)

Anyway, these are all fairly low resolution pictures, so would look kinda crap on a postcard.
