Went through my library putting together a top-100 list (actually turned out to be 99 -- I wasn't really going for a number when I started, but 100 seemed like it'd be in the neighborhood), and promoted six tracks to five stars in the process:

Offenbach - Orpheus In The Underworld - 1. Overture
Rachmaninoff - Prelude In C-Sharp Minor
Rachmaninoff - Prelude In G Minor
Tchaikovsky - Marche Slave
Tchaikovsky - Piano Concerto No. 1 - 1. Allegro Non Troppo E Molto Maestoso
Wagner - Der Fliegende Hollander - 1. Overture

I briefly rated Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody On A Theme Of Paganini - 18th Variation" up to five stars, then was so overwhelmed by the freakin' cheesiness of it that I immediately demoted it back down to four. And thought about demoting it all the way to three, where maybe it could hang out with Ravel's Bolero or something.

Freakin' romantic pablum.
