...On beating the once-mighty Patriots. Except that they're pretty much the merely once-mighty, so it doesn't really mean much.

The next few weeks will be telling, though -- if they get healthy and make a run against the teams they're playing next (especially Denver and San Diego at home), they could go far. If they fall apart, well, that'd be it then, and maybe we'll see Herm Edwards in Kansas City's near future when Vermeil decides to dedicate more time to the wine business. Which might happen anyway however it goes.

Ironic, though, that the real problems they've been having this year are on the offensive side of the ball -- it just goes to show how much the offensive line really matters in this game.
