Conditional clauses:

たら-form: "if it is/were/had been"
plain past/plain negative past + ら (copula, I and NA-adjectives, all verbs)
If V-たら, if event or action in past, statement in main clause always refers to an event not under the control of the speaker, and so often reflects surprise.

ば-form: "if"
verbs: -う+えば
I-adjective: -い+ければ
NA-adjective, noun: +なら(ば)

と: "whevenver ~", "when ~", "if ~"
Pretty much just works like a particle/conjunction here. Standard plain verb/adjective/copula structure.
